After studying piano and obtaining a prize from the City of Paris in 2001, Pauline Leroy turned to singing. A graduate of modern literature, she joined the Superior Department for Young Singers in Paris, from which she graduated in 2010.
While continuing her solo training, she regularly sings with several ensembles, notably with the vocal ensemble Aedes (M. Romano), the Cree of Paris (G. Jourdain), Accentus (L. Equilbey), and the Spiritual Concert (H Niquet).
Passionate about contemporary repertoire, she has created works by D. Lemaître (with the Atelier Musical de Touraine) and B. Ducol, and performs in works by G. Pesson, L.Berio, B.Gillet, M .Besançon …
She sings with the company Maurice and the others the roles of the Mother, the Chinese Cup, the Dragonfly and the Squirrel in The Child and the Spells of Mr. Ravel. In oratorio, she has been heard as a solo alto in F. Mendelssohn’s Die Erste Walpurgisnacht at the Théâtre des Arts in Rouen (L. Equilbey), in Rossini’s Little Solemn Mass at the Auditorium of Radio France (S.Jeannin ), as well as in Gloria and Magnificat d’A. Vivaldi (Oratory of the Louvre), and in the Requiems of W.-A.Mozart and M. Duruflé.
